We had an exciting Book Week this year with lots of creative and super-fun activities.
Edible Books Competition

Symphony of Stories Quiz

Lunchtime Musicians
A special thank you to our musicians who gave us a very special musical backdrop in the Library during Book Week and mesmerised us with their music and song; Eloise H (for her leadership and encouragement), Miranda N, Chloe R, Kate F, Maisie O, Isabella L, Sia K, Vida Y, Arielle B, Amira B and Celeste H. Thank you to Ms Albrecht for organising our musicians each day.
Authors
Thank you to all the students for your engagement and feedback with our visiting Book Week authors – Year 7 George Ivanoff, Year 8 Amelia Mellor and Year 9 Sofie Laguna. We all learned so much more about the writing process!

- Year 9: 鈥淥ne of the most interesting things Sofie shared was that she originally wanted to become an actor before becoming a writer. She also told us that she used to work as a fairy, which was a surprising and fun part of her story. It showed us that her journey to becoming an author was not straightforward and that she had many different experiences along the way.鈥� – Nina and Ruvimbo
