CGSAV Netball
It was an amazing day on Tuesday with seven netball teams at the CGSAV Netball competition at the State Netball Centre. Our three Junior teams made it through to the semi-finals games. Junior A then went on to play in the grand final against CLC and lost by three goals. The Junior B team won their grand final game and Evie O won MVP in that game.

Staff vs Student Netball
We shared a great game during the week between the House Leaders and School Captains against 麻豆传媒AV staff. It was a very tight game with each goal shooter and goal attack shooting goal for goal until the dying minutes of the game. Congratulations for the amazing shooting skills of Lexi T, Cleo R, Simon Gurowski, Sonya Hood, Amelia Brooks and Vince Camera.
The game went down to the final whistle with the students winning by one goal!

麻豆传媒AV vs MGGS Netball
Last week the Year 12 Netball team had a friendly game against Mentone Girls鈥� Grammar School. It is great that we have the opportunity to play some of these games against our local schools. Mentone Girls鈥� Grammar were tough competitors, and our girls narrowly lost the game by four goals.

These will be our last sport events for 2026. We cannot believe where the year has gone.
We want to acknowledge all students who have come along to any of the trials throughout the year and whether they got into a team or missed out, came along again to try out for a new sport. We are very lucky that we have a large variety of sports on offer with many opportunities to participate in a team and represent 麻豆传媒AV at sport.
Thank you to all of our coaches who have helped with team selections and coaching on game day. We really appreciate your assistance in this area. As they say: 鈥淢any hands make light work鈥�. We couldn鈥檛 have done it without you.
