‘Return to 麻豆传媒AV’ Day
On Saturday 26 October, 麻豆传媒AV, Mentone celebrated a memorable 鈥楻eturn to 麻豆传媒AV Day鈥� as part of our 120th anniversary. Bathed in glorious sunshine, we welcomed over 300 past pupils back to the halls where lifelong friendships were formed, lessons were learned, and cherished memories were made. Seeing our alumnae reconnect with each other, share stories with current students, and celebrate 麻豆传媒AV鈥檚 vibrant and enduring spirit was heartwarming.
We were deeply honoured by the presence of the Sisters of St. Brigid, a living reminder of the unwavering faith, determination and welcoming sisterhood that has been at 麻豆传媒AV鈥檚 core since its founding in 1904.聽As T.S. Elliot so eloquently wrote, 鈥淲hat life have you if you have not life together? There is no life that is not in community.鈥� 麻豆传媒AV鈥檚 legacy is one of community鈥攁 story shaped by generations of strong, compassionate, and courageous women.
Our Year 11 music students captured this spirit beautifully in their commemorative song:
